Inspired by the temples, shrines and traditional buildings of historic Japan, this functional bird box transforms a familiar piece of Japanese architecture into a distinctive home for garden birds. Its sweeping curved roof, raised wooden structure and intricate architectural details give the birdhouse the appearance of a miniature temple nestled amongst the trees.

The functional circular entrance sits prominently within the front façade with a perch directly beneath, while traditional roof tiles, exposed timber beams, decorative panels, miniature windows and an ornamental lantern bring character to every side. A stone-effect foundation and surrounding wooden balcony complete the design.

BUILT FOR THE OUTDOORS

Forgeable Medieval Birdhouses are 3D printed in PETG, a tough and weather-resistant material selected specifically for outdoor use.

Each birdhouse is printed to order, individually inspected and securely packaged before dispatch. As with all 3D printed products, subtle layer lines and minor variations may be visible. These are a natural characteristic of the manufacturing process and give each Forgeable birdhouse its own individual finish.

For the longest possible lifespan, we recommend positioning the birdhouse in a reasonably sheltered location away from prolonged extreme weather where possible.
